Free Women's Self-Defence

With the help of this amazing team, we have launched an important program that is close to my heart. It is a way we can give back, and support members of our local community. The program focuses on self-defence techniques, including preventative strategies based on situational awareness and preparation. Our next series, starting April 22nd is currently full. You can register to be on our waiting list for this or the next series. Start building confidence now, learn to protect yourself, and open yourself up to a team... a community of support.


Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Find comfort & strength in our Women's Only Bjj program. Designed for skill, sport & self-defence, classes will generally comprise of a brief warm-up, guard-passing drills, positional drills, technique and training. Open to all women 12 years an up, it is also the perfect transition for youth into our adult programs. Offered once a week, consistency in training will have you reaching your personal and fitness goals.
