Tiny Tigers (3 to 6 years old)
Our Tiny Tigers programs target the specific stages of development for children aged 3-6 years old. In these classes we focus on developing your child’s listening skills and balance through basic Martial Arts techniques, as well as captivating games and activities. These classes will create a solid foundation, allowing them to smoothly transition to our Kids BJJ and/or Kids Muay Thai, when ready!
Our program was specially designed for the stages of development of 3 to 6 year olds. We’ve collected scientific and psychological resources regarding this age group, and used that information to ensure that our program meets each child’s characteristics and capabilities. In the Tiny Tigers Program, each child will experience training that targets the skills that they are currently developing; skills such as large and gross motor skills, behavior development, and character development. These skills have been broken down into age-specific exercises, games, activities, and drills that compliment their stage of development.

Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," is a traditional martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Designed for children, our Muay Thai program introduces young students to the fundamentals of striking, footwork, and self-defense in a safe and engaging environment. Kids learn not only physical skills but also the core values of discipline, respect, and focus that are essential to martial arts.
Training in Muay Thai offers numerous benefits for kids. It helps improve physical fitness by building strength, coordination, and agility, while also boosting confidence and self-esteem. Through structured lessons, children learn to set goals, overcome challenges, and develop resilience. Our supportive instructors encourage teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude, making Muay Thai an excellent way for kids to stay active, make new friends, and build character.

Youth MMA (9-13 Years)
Youth MMA is a dynamic program that introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts, combining elements of striking, grappling, and ground control. It draws from disciplines like Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling, providing a well-rounded training experience. Our program is designed to be safe, fun, and engaging, teaching kids effective self-defense techniques while promoting discipline, focus, and respect.
Before joining Youth MMA, kids should have a base knowledge of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This foundation ensures they are prepared to understand the combined techniques and transitions used in MMA. Students can build this base through our specialized Muay Thai and BJJ classes, which teach the core skills needed for success in the program.
Training in MMA offers numerous benefits for youth. It helps develop strength, coordination, and agility, while also improving mental focus and confidence. Students learn how to set goals, handle challenges, and build resilience through consistent practice. Our experienced coaches create a supportive and structured environment where kids can grow both physically and mentally, helping them build self-confidence, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of self-discipline. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu JR (6-9 Years) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Youth (9-13 Years)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground techniques, teaching students how to use leverage, technique, and control to defend themselves. Unlike striking-based martial arts, BJJ emphasizes skill and strategy over size and strength, making it an excellent option for kids of all ages and abilities. Our program introduces children to the basics of grappling, including takedowns, escapes, and submissions, in a safe and fun environment.
BJJ offers many benefits for kids, both on and off the mats. Physically, it helps improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Mentally, it boosts confidence, focus, and problem-solving skills, as children learn how to think strategically and adapt to challenges. Our experienced instructors encourage respect, discipline, and perseverance, helping kids build important life skills while making new friends. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic way for children to stay active, learn self-defense, and develop a strong sense of confidence and self-discipline.

Kids & Youth Spartan Series
Introducing the KAMA Spartan Series for Kids & Youth. Designed for both our Bjj & Muay Thai programs, Kids have the opportunity to apply their skills competitively amongst their teammates, in a friendly, safe & positive atmosphere. Once a month, students will use techniques taught in daily classes to compete in Bjj bouts, and/or Muay Thai sparring sessions. This is open to all levels of experience. We encourage all kids & youth to participate, regardless of interest in competing long term, as real life application will level up their abilities & improve confidence.
